When are you open to the public?
We are open Monday - Saturday 10am - 4:30pm. We are closed to the public on Sundays.
What is the admission cost?
We do not charge an admission fee, however we greatly appreciate your monetary donations. Your support is how we are able to care for the animals.
What do I do if I found an injured animal?
Call us at 561-575-3399. We are happy to answer your questions.
Are dogs allowed in the Sanctuary?
Service animals are welcome at the Sanctuary. Per the ADA, a service animal is individually trained to work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. If you have any questions, please give us a call 561-575-3399.
What should I wear or bring?
The Sanctuary is on a nature trail. We recommend wearing compfortable walking shoes.
Do I need a reservation?
No, you do not need a reservation to visit the Sanctuary.
Is the Sanctuary wheelchair and stroller accessible?
Yes, our entrance, nature trails, and boardwalks are ADA compliant.
How long does it take to go around the Sanctuary?
The entire Sanctuary is little over 6 acres of nature trails and boardwalks. Give yourself 45min- 1hr for the walk through. Visitors also like to plan their day here by scheduling their arrival around our many weekly programs, such as our Wildlife Encounters in the Cypress Amphitheater.
