Medical Guest Services - Part Time

Brief Job Description: Responsible for completing a variety of guest services tasks from greeting guests, answering incoming phone calls, taking in animal admissions, Discovery Center Attendant, providing back up for the gift shop, and collecting cash donations daily.

Schedule: Part time

Responsible for front desk duties/coverage two days a week.

Answers incoming phone calls.

Takes in animal admissions.

Opens and sorts mail.

Assist other staff members as requested including but not limited to inputting information in WRMD and providing follow up patient status information to individuals who have dropped an animal.

Collects and logs cash donations from donation boxes each day.

Drops off outgoing mail at LRD daily and post office as needed.

Act as for Discovery Center attendant two days a week.

Helps provide a fun, educational, and positive Sanctuary experience for guests.

Gives tours of the Discovery Center.

Assist with the gift shop operations as needed.

Provides a positive customer experience.
