BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!

Please come join us for this epic experience being one with nature amongst the wild residents, immersed in the healing environment of Busch Wildlife Sanctuary.

Tai Chi is a health & longevity exercise that anyone can practice. Simply stated it’s coordinated breath, posture and movement. Harvard refers to this practice as Medicine in Motion. It reduces stress, increases balance and harmonizes one’s body & mind. Some postures are named after animals like Crane Spreads its Wings, Grasp the Sparrows Tail, Repulse Monkey, Return Tiger to Mountain and Snake Creeps Down.

Leading the class, Dr. Keith Cini, AP is local Holistic Physician and owner of Agape Healing Arts who has taught classes at United Nations School, Max Planck and Mt Sinai Medical Center. We welcome you to join us.

50% of the proceeds will benefit Busch Wildlife Sanctuary.
